Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 21 business days, depending on the country or region. We neither state nor guarantee a specific delivery date.

We offer the following estimated delivery times for your reference:

Germany: 5-14+ days

While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, shapeoptimist.com is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearances, holidays, inclement weather, labor disputes, protests, and other disruptions that may cause delays beyond our initial estimated delivery time.

Duties, Taxes and Other Charges:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied upon arrival of the shipment in the recipient's country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and shapeoptimist.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If the shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for all import taxes and return shipping charges incurred.

Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country. If you have any questions, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

Lost/stolen/damaged packages:

shapeoptimist.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking records show that your package was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, please report and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We use the tracking link and the time stamp information in the carrier's delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return requests, and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Address Error Disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct before placing an order. We will begin processing your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to your order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we will not be able to take back the order to change the address.
